Here are the 7 keys to happiness most importantly be grateful

1-Do not focus on goals

You can be happy in a heartbeat and it does not depend on your goals. Though if you are in a state of happiness it will be easier to achieve your goals. An important distinction to make.

2-Make time to volunteer

When you volunteer, you'll be happy and grateful for the gifts you have in your life.

3-Practise moderation

If you eat a special meal at a restaurant every day, it will lose it's appeal. Make your meals special once in a while.

4-Strive for contentment

Be contented with who you are, where you are and what you are doing right now.

5-Practise living in the moment

Relax and enjoy the moment. Do not dwell on the past or the future. Be still and savor the moment.

6-Be grateful

Be grateful for everyone and everything.

7-Say thank you and I love you

Make it a habit to say thank you and I love you all the time to everyone you know and... don't know.
