It's been a heck of a ride these last 4 years.

That's why I haven't been writing to you.

And this is my personal story.

I lost my brother to prostate cancer.

I lost my mother-in-law to Alzheimers and cancer.

I lost my father-in-law to cancer.

I was in a 7-day coma and what happened I recall in this video.

Coma is a state of prolonged unconsciousness. It is a medical emergency. Swift action is needed to preserve life and brain function.

And don't be mislead by me talking about my weight because it was probably the cause of my near life-and-death experience. Watch to the end.
