hi, it's not your fault
November 02, 2012

For 45 years, Monica, a woman from Florida, lived with a crippling fear. When she was alone, she cried a lot and wondered if anyone could help her. Like millions of people from around the world, this fear kept her in a state of constant paralysis and fear of failure.

Imagine if you're not able to read road signs. Imagine if you can't read well enough to fill an application form to get a job. Imagine if you can't read a newspaper. Imagine if you can't read food labels. Worst imagine if you can't read a simple sentence. She couldn't even vote.

This was a secret hidden from her friends, family and even her husband.

She was illiterate.

In fact, her illiteracy was a prescription for ignorance, poverty and illness.

Imagine you are given prescription information and instructions on how to take care of yourself but you can't because...

you can't read.

Your inability to properly follow instructions to not knowing about the resources available to you or what to look for can be your demise for years unless you take action here and now.

Many people are afraid to ask for help and to take action.

You can't hide under a rug or runaway even if it's not your fault.

I'm happy to tell you that Monica did take action. She did take responsibilty and now she can read like you. She did not rebel against her poverty or unstable home life.

Now it's your time to check out all the resources you need.

Dr. David Baker of Northwestern University says, "It is a life and death issue."

- Read, read, read
- Learn everything you can
- Be proud, have faith and self-confidence
- Take action right now
